    I too fell off the wagon...yada yada.

    My super colon blow recipe for the weekend prior to weigh-in will drop me four pounds, so I got that going for me around the first of April. Sigh.

    In the meantime, I guess it's time to use that $600 stationary bike I bought five years ago.
